  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the package’s weight, size, and destination.

  • Promotional offers or free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.


4. Delivery Times

4.2 International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on the country’s customs processing times. Sparknapo is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Certain products may be restricted for international shipping based on regulations.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@sparknapo.com. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.

7.2 Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours. Include photos of the damage for prompt resolution.


8. Customs and Duties for International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities.

  • Sparknapo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


9. Changes to Shipping Addresses

  • Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting info@sparknapo.com.

  • Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
