6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

7.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours. Include photos of the damage for prompt resolution.
8. Customs and Duties for International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities.
Sparknapo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
9. Changes to Shipping Addresses
Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting info@sparknapo.com.
Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
